These terms apply to all sales of wholesale return pallets and related goods by Wholesale Return Pallets Ltd(“we”, “us”, “the Seller”), a UK Limited company registered in England & Wales (Company No. XXXXXXXX, VAT GBXXXXXXXXX). By placing an order, you (“the Buyer”) accept these terms in full.
1. Nature of goods
We sell wholesale return pallets sourced from third parties including Amazon FBA return facilities and TikTok Shop fulfilment warehouses. Pallets contain mixed merchandise, the majority of which is customer-returned, overstock, or otherwise non-prime retail stock.
Pallets are sold as-is. We do not warrant or represent that any specific item, brand, category, or value is included in any pallet. We do not test items for functionality unless a pallet is explicitly listed as “Graded Good” or with a manifest stating otherwise.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is placed when you reserve a pallet via WhatsApp, email, our website, or in person, and pay either the deposit or full balance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
A reservation deposit holds a pallet for 48 hours. If the balance is not received within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeit and the pallet returns to public stock.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. VAT at the prevailing UK rate is added at checkout. Trade buyers with valid EU VAT numbers may qualify for zero-rated VAT at our discretion.
We accept the following payment methods:
- UK bank transfer (Faster Payments)
- Debit and credit card (via Stripe)
- PayPal (for orders under £1,000)
- Approved trade credit (7 or 14-day terms, by application only)
4. Delivery and risk
Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer when the pallet leaves our warehouse — whether via courier collection, our delivery agent (Pallet-Track or similar), or Buyer-arranged transport. We strongly recommend Buyers obtain transit insurance for high-value orders.
Standard UK mainland delivery is 2-3 working days from despatch. Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take longer. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.
5. Refunds and returns
All sales are final. Because return pallets are sold as-is and contain unverifiable mixed merchandise, we cannot accept returns once a pallet has left our warehouse.
If a pallet arrives visibly damaged in transit, you must (a) photograph the damage before unwrapping, (b) note “damaged” on the courier's delivery slip, and (c) notify us within 24 hours. We will then liaise with the courier's insurer on your behalf.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer if buying for personal use rather than for resale or business purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of expected resale profit.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
7. Intellectual property
Photographs, descriptions, and brand assets on this website are the property of Wholesale Return Pallets Ltd or our licensors. Casual personal use (e.g. saving a photo for reference) is permitted; commercial use, scraping, or reproduction without written consent is not.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
