Frequently asked questions

Everything UK resellers ask before buying their first wholesale return pallet. If your question isn't here, WhatsApp us and we'll add it.

What are wholesale return pallets?

Wholesale return pallets are bulk lots of customer-returned, overstock, or clearance merchandise sold by the pallet. Most of our stock comes from Amazon FBA returns and TikTok Shop returns β€” items that have been returned, opened, or are surplus to requirement. UK resellers buy these pallets at a fraction of retail value to resell on eBay, Vinted, market stalls, bin stores, and their own shops.

Are Amazon return pallets worth it in the UK?

Yes β€” when you source from a transparent supplier. UK resellers regularly turn Β£400 wholesale Amazon return pallets into Β£1,200+ on eBay or in bin stores. The key is honest pricing, accurate descriptions, and pallets that are genuinely fresh β€” not resold from another middleman. Profit depends on category, condition, and your sales channel β€” but every pallet on our site shows estimated retail value so you can calculate margin before buying.

Where can I buy wholesale Amazon return pallets in the UK?

Wholesale Return Pallets is a UK-based, VAT-registered Ltd company sourcing Amazon FBA returns and TikTok Shop clearance pallets directly. We sell single pallets and full truckloads from our UK warehouse, with delivery nationwide via Pallet-Track or free customer pickup.

What is a mystery pallet?

A mystery pallet is a sealed wholesale pallet sold without a manifest or contents preview. They contain a mixed selection of Amazon FBA returns and TikTok Shop returns β€” exactly as we receive them from source. Mystery pallets typically offer the highest profit margins because you're not paying extra for sorting, and they're hugely popular with TikTok content creators filming unboxings.

How much do wholesale return pallets cost?

Single pallets typically range from Β£200 to Β£800 depending on size, source, and estimated retail value. Full truckloads (24 pallets) start from around Β£6,000. We display the estimated retail value alongside our wholesale price for every pallet, so you can calculate margin before buying.

Do you sort pallets by category?

No β€” and that's intentional. Our pallets arrive mixed exactly as they're released from Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop fulfilment warehouses. We don't add a sorting markup, which keeps your wholesale price low and your reseller margin high. Many of our most successful customers prefer mixed pallets for the variety they bring to bin stores, eBay, and market stalls.

Can I visit your UK warehouse before buying?

Yes. We welcome serious buyers to visit our UK warehouse by appointment. Customer pickup is also free of charge. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email to arrange a visit.

What's the difference between customer returns and overstock pallets?

Customer returns are items shoppers sent back to retailers (Amazon, TikTok Shop) β€” these may be opened, used, or unopened. Overstock pallets are surplus inventory that never sold β€” typically unopened and in original packaging. Most of our stock is customer returns, which offer the biggest discount-to-retail margins.

Do you ship pallets across the UK?

Yes β€” we deliver wholesale return pallets across the UK mainland via Pallet-Track. Standard delivery is Β£45-Β£75 per pallet to most postcodes; Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are slightly more. Delivery is typically 2-3 working days. Free pickup from our UK warehouse is also available.

Can I buy a full truckload of wholesale pallets?

Yes. We sell full truckloads of 24 mixed-source pallets to bin store chains, large eBay operators, market traders, and export buyers. Truckload pricing is significantly lower per-pallet than single-pallet retail. Submit a wholesale enquiry via our Wholesale page or WhatsApp our sales team.

What percentage of items in a return pallet are sellable?

In an honest customer-returns pallet, expect roughly 60-80% of items to be sellable as-is or with minor cleaning. The remaining 20-40% may need testing, repackaging, or selling at a discount as "untested" or "for parts". Manifested or Graded Good pallets skew higher (80-95% sellable). Mystery pallets are bigger gambles β€” your average is solid but any single pallet can swing.

Can I return a pallet if it's not what I expected?

No. All pallet sales are final once the pallet leaves our warehouse. Return pallets are sold as-is β€” we have no way to verify what came back, and the value sits in the contents. Read the photos and description carefully before reserving. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us and we'll talk through what to expect from a particular source mix.

Do you offer trade credit terms?

For repeat trade buyers with a track record, we can offer 7-day or 14-day payment terms after a few cash-up-front orders. Apply via the wholesale page with your VAT number, Companies House registration, and a brief trading history.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (UK Faster Payments), debit/credit card via Stripe (coming soon β€” currently via card link generated on request), and PayPal for smaller orders. We don't accept crypto or cash on delivery.

Can I export pallets outside the UK?

Yes. We work with several Ireland and EU export buyers, plus a couple of long-haul shippers to the Middle East and Africa. Truckload buyers can request palletisation specs for FCL or LCL shipping. Customs paperwork is your responsibility β€” we'll provide a commercial invoice.

How fresh is the stock β€” has anyone else picked through it first?

No. We're at the top of the chain β€” we buy directly from Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop fulfilment warehouses. Pallets get unloaded from the supplier truck straight onto our warehouse floor and listed for sale. We don't cherry-pick valuable items first. What you see is the full pallet exactly as we received it.

Do you sell to non-UK buyers based abroad?

Our website prices and our default shipping options are UK-only. International buyers welcome β€” but we ask you to handle freight forwarding from our UK warehouse, or buy via one of our export-broker partners. WhatsApp us with your destination country and we can advise.

How big is a standard pallet β€” will it fit through my door?

A standard wholesale pallet is approximately 1200mm x 1000mm at the base, and stacked typically 1.5m to 2.0m tall. It will NOT fit through a standard UK doorway intact β€” most buyers unload pallets in their warehouse, garage, or yard. If you only have indoor space, opt for warehouse pickup so we can break the pallet down for you, or be ready to break it down outside on arrival.

What if a pallet has prohibited items (alcohol, batteries, dangerous goods)?

Amazon FBA returns occasionally include items with shipping restrictions (lithium-ion batteries, aerosols, certain liquids). We don't include obvious DG items in shipped pallets β€” they're removed at our warehouse. If you need certainty, choose pickup or buy a Manifested pallet.

Can I buy just one pallet, or do I need to buy in bulk?

Yes β€” single pallets are perfectly normal. Most of our customers start with one, see how it goes, then build up. There's no minimum order. Truckload pricing kicks in only when you commit to 24 pallets at once β€” useful for bin store chains and large-scale resellers.
