How buying wholesale pallets works
From browsing our UK warehouse stock to having pallets on your shop floor — typically 3-5 working days end to end.
Browse fresh UK stock
Open our live stock page. Filter by source (Amazon FBA returns, TikTok Shop returns, mixed), type (Mystery for sealed lots, Manifested for item-listed), or budget.
Every pallet has multiple photos and (often) a warehouse-floor video. We don't use stock images. New stock arrives every time a truck unloads — usually 1-2 trucks per day.
Reserve via WhatsApp
Found a pallet you want? Hit the Reserve via WhatsApp button on the product page. The button opens WhatsApp with the SKU and price pre-filled — you just hit send.
We reply within minutes during business hours. We'll confirm availability, take a 20% deposit (bank transfer or card), and lock the pallet for 48 hours while you arrange the rest.
Stripe checkout is on the roadmap — for now, WhatsApp is the fastest way to confirm.
Pay the balance
Once you're happy, settle the remaining 80% via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or PayPal. We send a proper VAT invoice for your HMRC records.
Trade buyers with a track record can apply for short-term credit terms — pay on collection or within 7 days.
Collect or get delivery
Free pickup from our UK warehouse. Inspect before loading, settle on the spot. Many bin store buyers prefer this for the fastest turnaround.
UK-wide delivery via Pallet-Track to your address. Standard 2-3 working days to mainland postcodes; Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland a day or two more. Standard pallet delivery £45-£75; double-stack pallets a touch more.
For truckload orders (24 pallets), we can arrange dedicated delivery direct to your dock.
Resell and profit
Open the pallet, sort the contents, list across your channels — eBay, Vinted, bin store, market stall, Facebook Marketplace, your own Shopify. The full margin is yours.
Most resellers turn £400 wholesale pallets into £1,200+ of retail sales. Margin depends on category mix, your sales channel, and how much time you put into listing well.
Important — read before you buy
All sales are final.Return pallets are sold as-is — we can't accept refunds once a pallet leaves our warehouse, because the value is in the contents and we'd have no way to verify what came back.
Some items will be damaged or non-functional.Customer returns by definition include items that didn't work for the original buyer. Mystery pallets are bigger gambles than manifested ones. Plan for 60-80% sellable items in a typical Amazon return pallet.
Photos show the pallet exterior, not contents. For mystery pallets, we don't open and photograph every item — that would defeat the purpose and add cost. The honest gamble is part of the model.
You'll need storage and a sortable space. A standard pallet is roughly 1.2 x 1m and waist-high. Make sure you have somewhere to open and sort it before booking delivery.
