We deliver wholesale return pallets across the UK via the Pallet-Tracknetwork. Free pickup is also available from our UK warehouse for buyers who'd rather collect.
UK pallet delivery costs
Delivery is priced per pallet based on destination postcode. Indicative rates:
- Mainland England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland — £45 to £75 per standard pallet
- Highlands & Islands of Scotland — £85 to £120 per pallet
- Northern Ireland — £85 to £110 per pallet
- Channel Islands and Isle of Man — quote on request
Double-stack (XL) pallets cost roughly 1.5× standard rates because they take more space on the courier's deck. Truckload orders (24 pallets) get bespoke quotes — usually significantly cheaper per-pallet than 24 single deliveries.
Lead times
- Order to despatch: same working day if confirmed before 14:00 GMT, next working day after.
- Mainland UK transit: 1-2 working days.
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland: 2-4 working days.
Most orders go out the same day or next day. Truckload orders may take 2-3 days to schedule a dedicated lorry.
Free warehouse pickup
Trade buyers can collect from our UK warehouse free of charge. Many bin store owners and market traders prefer this option — you can inspect the pallet, settle the balance on the spot, and avoid delivery costs entirely.
Pickup is by appointment. Email info@wholesalereturnpallets.co.uk or WhatsApp us with your preferred date. Bring your own straps, a forklift if needed, and a vehicle that can accommodate a 1.2m × 1m pallet (van, Luton, or pickup with tail-lift).
Warehouse address is shared with confirmed buyers only — security policy. Once you've paid a deposit and we've confirmed your appointment, we'll send full directions.
Delivery procedure
Pallets are delivered kerbsidein nearly all cases — that means the driver unloads the pallet to the pavement or your driveway, not inside your premises. If you need in-shop delivery (“tail-lift to inside”), let us know in advance and we'll quote the surcharge — typically £25-£40 extra.
On arrival, the courier will ask you to sign a delivery slip. Please:
- Inspect the shrink-wrap and pallet for visible damage before signing.
- If anything looks wrong, photograph it and write “damaged” on the slip.
- If the pallet is fine, sign “received in good condition”.
See our Returns Policy for what to do if a pallet arrives damaged.
International shipping
Our default shipping is UK-only. International buyers (Ireland, EU, Middle East, Africa) are welcome but must arrange their own freight forwarder, or buy via one of our export-broker partners. Email us with your destination country and we can advise.
Customs paperwork, duties, and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility for any cross-border sale. We provide a commercial invoice and packing list at no extra charge.
Risk and insurance
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer when the pallet leaves our warehouse. We strongly recommend all buyers obtain transit insurance for high-value orders — Pallet-Track offers a basic level of cover but it caps at £1.30 per kg, which doesn't reflect the retail value of typical pallet contents.
