What brand are the returns from?
We are supplied direct by a major TikTok-viral DTC athleisure brand under an NDA-protected wholesale contract. While we can confirm authenticity and source, we cannot publicly name the brand in casual conversation. Trade buyers receive an authentication confirmation letter on request once their account is approved.
What items are in a box?
Each mixed box contains a random selection across leggings, yoga pants, jeans, trousers, tops, dresses, athleisure sets, and accessories. Inventory composition varies by intake batch. Approximately 60-65% bottoms (leggings, jeans, trousers), 20-25% tops, and 10-15% dresses, accessories, and outerwear.
Are these items new or worn?
Customer returns. The majority have been opened but most are in retail-resaleable condition. Approximately 75% qualify as A/B grade (suitable for Vinted/Depop direct resale). The remaining 25% are C grade (best for market stall £2-5 price points or bulk batch sale).
Are hang-tags and brand labels intact?
No. Under our supply contract all hang-tags are removed and wash-labels are cut prior to shipment to you. This is a brand-protection requirement and does not affect the saleability or condition of the items themselves.
Where can I sell these on?
Vinted, Depop, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, market stalls, bin stores, and your own website are all permitted resale channels. TikTok Shop resale is NOT permitted under our supply contract. Resellers using TikTok content (organic videos, not shop) are fine.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day collection from our Nottingham warehouse for trade buyers. UK mainland Pallet-Track delivery 2-3 working days, £45-£75 depending on postcode. Scotland 3-4 days, Northern Ireland 4-5 days.
