A mystery pallet is a pallet of customer returns sold without an item list. You see the source, the category mix, roughly how many items, and photos of the actual pallet. You don’t get a spreadsheet. That is how Amazon UK and TikTok Shop release most of their returns, which is why mystery pallets are cheaper per item than manifested ones.
Ours start at £280. They come off trucks into our Nottingham warehouse, get photographed as they are, and go on the site the same day. Nobody opens them and takes the best items out first.
Mixed customer returns. On an Amazon pallet that usually means small electronics, home and kitchen, beauty, toys and tools, in whatever proportion came back that week. On a TikTok Shop pallet it skews to fashion, beauty and gadgets. Items are a mix of unopened, opened-and-returned, and the odd one that’s damaged — that’s what a returns pallet is.
We put the source and the category weighting on every listing, plus 6–12 photos and usually a video. What you can see in the photos is what’s on the pallet. We don’t sell "estimated retail £3,000" dreams — where we show an estimated retail figure it’s from the declared values on the paperwork, and we say so.
Bin stores, who price by the day and don’t need a manifest. eBay and Vinted sellers who list a mix and know the category. Market traders who want volume at a low per-item cost. First-time buyers who want to try the trade without spending £900.
If you need to know every item before you pay — because you’re pricing to retail up front, or you only sell one category — a manifested pallet suits you better. We flag those on the listing and they cost more.
Pick a pallet, add it to the cart, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Collect from our Nottingham warehouse (NG6, Monday to Friday 10:30–16:00, by appointment) for nothing, or we send it on Pallet-Track for £55–£90 depending on your postcode, 2–3 working days. A trade account is free and usually approved the same day; it gets you first look at new trucks.
They can be, if you buy from the source and sell in a channel you know. A £450 mixed Amazon pallet typically has 140–220 items. Resellers who do well price to move — bin-store style or mixed eBay lots — rather than trying to get retail on each piece. People lose money buying from brokers who have already picked the pallet over.
You see the photos and video of that exact pallet, the source, the category weighting and the item count band. You don’t get an item-by-item list — that’s what makes it a mystery pallet and why it costs less.
From £280 for a smaller pallet (80–140 items) up to £900 for a premium one weighted to electronics. Most are £450–£650. Delivery is on top at £55–£90, or free if you collect.
No. Pallets are photographed and listed as they arrive. The only items removed are anything restricted or hazardous that we can’t legally pass on, and we note that on the listing when it happens.
