This isn’t damage or a defect — it’s Halara’s supply-chain requirement. The same requirement that lets us offer wholesale Halara return pallets at these prices to UK trade buyers.
Halara items also ship without retail packaging (poly bags, hang tags, care leaflets) — again, part of the Halara brand-protection agreement. What you receive is the Halara garment itself, folded, ready to re-price for your channel.

The Halara brand tag is cut at the compliance line printed on the tag itself (marked with a scissor icon). This is a supply-chain requirement from Halara — the same requirement that makes wholesale returns pricing possible for UK resellers.
How much do Halara return pallets cost?
Halara return pallets are priced by volume: £8.00/piece for 210-699 pieces; £7.40/piece for 700-1539 pieces; £6.30/piece for 1540+ pieces. Minimum order is 210 pieces.
Can I return a Halara pallet?
No. Halara mixed return boxes are a trade-only lucky-dip format sold as-shipped — no returns and no exchanges. You accept the mix on delivery. This is standard for wholesale return pallet trade in the UK.
